Kim has many years’ experience working with the elderly, Palliative
Care, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and brings her carer experience to her role. Kim is dedicated to her role and has obtained her NVQ level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and Level 3 Management Award. Kim has also recently achieved her Level 5 Diploma Managers Award in the Adult Care Sector. Kim’s knowledge, experience and commitment to the service user provides high quality support to people within the Domiciliary setting including complex cases. Kim trains and supports our staff to build effective relationships with our service users, aimed at achieving their personalised care needs. Kim is passionate about the rights of people’s needs to access high quality personalised support and care within the Domiciliary care setting.We are very fortunate to have a committed and caring team of people working with us – we are proud of the work they do.

Siobhan and all the staff at Wisteria are dedicated to meeting the service user needs according to their individual assessed needs. Family and friends of the service users are encouraged to contribute to the planned care to ensure all the needs are addressed at the earliest opportunity.
Prior to becoming owner of Wisteria, Siobhan was a Registered Nurse. Siobhan worked in the NHS as a Nurse Manager predominantly covering Services for the Elderly. Siobhan has extensive training, expertise and experience in this area and has specialized in Care of People suffering with Dementia.
All Wisteria staff undergo accredited training to enhance their knowledge and skills in all areas relevant to their work. Because we value our staff we have an intense Support and Supervision program in place to ensure our staff are well cared for. This directly reflects the quality of care our service users experience.
